The price for a taxi from the airport to the Clarion Congress Hotel is approximately 850 Czech koruna (ca. €35,00).
You can also take the bus/metro from the airport:
Bus station at Airport
- take bus no. 100 to underground station Zlicin
- take line B (Yellow line) to station Vysocanska
The metro station is located under a shopping centre (Galerie Fenix). The hotel can be accessed from the shopping centre during opening hours by going to the first floor. After closing you must exit directly on to the street, please go to Freyova 33

Transportation to and from the airport is at your own cost.
Accommodation
Accommodation at the Clarion Congress Hotel is free for all selected participants based on two sharing a room. We cannot guarantee a shared room with the person you have selected in the online registration system, as this person may not be selected for the course. In that case the ESU office will allocate another resident for you to share with.
In case a participant prefers to stay in a single room, there is a surcharge of 25 EUR per night.
Accreditation
The European Urology Residents Education Programme is NOT accredited within the EU-ACME programme by the European Board of Urology in compliance with the EBU/UEMS regulations.
Certificate of attendance
After the course and on completion of all evaluation forms participants can collect a certificate of attendance at the registration desk.
EAU ID card 
The EAU has introduced the EAU ID Card which will function as entrance badge to all EAU congresses and meetings. The EAU ID Card replaces the temporary congress badge. If you do not have an EAU ID Card a paper badge will be given to you onsite.
Please do not forget to bring your EAU ID Card to all upcoming EAU congresses and meetings! Those who do not yet hold an EAU ID Card, and have uploaded their photo upon registration, will receive an EAU ID card during the congress. During the congress both the EAU ID Card and temporary badge will function as entrance badge.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance.
Language
The meeting will be conducted in English.
Registration
Registration will be open from Thursday, 2 September. Therefore you can pick-up your registration documents upon arrival in the Clarion Congress Hotel (registration desk is located on the 2nd floor).

This event will be organised especially for all participants of the course.
Buses will leave from the front of the Clarion Congress Hotel at 18.00 and from the city centre (Masaryk’s railway station) at 18.15.

Departure date: Wednesday afternoon, 8 September 2010
Please note the following: The course finishes at 12.30. It is not permitted to leave earlier. If you are taking part in the EBU exam it finishes at 16.00
If you fall under the appropriate registration category the following expenses will be covered:
- Airplane ticket – economy class
- 2nd class train ticket
- In case the participant lives within a range of 500 kilometres from Prague, travelling by car is a highly recommended option. Reimbursement is based on petrol receipts and hotel car parking receipts.
We expect all participants to arrange their travel itinerary as economically as possible.

The EUREP will be organised in Prague, Czech Republic. The venue at the Clarion Congress Hotel provides excellent facilities and the four-star hotel has all the necessary facilities needed for both the scientific programme and social activities.
